The brief within this stunningly extended townhouse was to craft a Modern Middleton Kitchen with personality and character for a creative family. Within this stunningly extended townhouse a new space had been created to form a sociable kitchen. The kitchen needed to perform for a keen baker with targeted storage and high performance areas.
Elements
As featured in Elle Decoration this Modern Middleton kitchen has open legged, framed shaker cabinetry with Pippy Oak detailing. The Pippy Oak veneered doors and drawer panels bring a contemporary feel and create a statement. The huge island was designed with our client’s keen love of baking in mind with 6 drawers at varying depths to maximise storage. The pippy Oak shelving pockets on the front of the island give interest and create useful storage for cook books and kitchen essentials.
The fabulous pantry was placed within a niche and crafted to sit within the opening in reach of the rest of the kitchen. The bank of Miele ovens completes this serious cook’s kitchen with bepoke pan and tray storage.The freestanding Fisher&Paykel fridge freezer bringing an almost industrial quality to the arrangement. This Townhouse kitchen is an expression of modern British design and craftsmanship at its finest.
